Registration for the IALE world congress

On this page you can register for the world congress. The registration fee includes:

• all lunches
• transport between hotel and the congress centre
• mid conference excursion

The fee does not include the congress dinner. This should be paid separately.

Courses are not indicated in the registration form, but they will have to applied for separately. In order to formalize your registration in any course, you may fill in the form available on the page courses. PhD students and young researchers in the EuroDIVERSITY programme can get support for combined registrtaion. Please go to the Courses page for more information on participating groups and conditions.

If you are in need of travel support, please go to the page support and find there the possibilities for support. Applications for support should be sent directly to IALE. There are limited support possibilities, so you should try first to get support from other sources.

Programme for accompanying persons

The fee for acc. persons of € 40,00 includes:

• Busshuttle during the conference to and from the hotels-congressvenue and locations of social events
• Reception on Sunday July 8
Help at the congressdesk about tourist information/activities/public transport

If needed we can make arrangements for a special guided program for a group of persons to Amsterdam or another city. Suggestions, prices and registration are to be find at the IALE congressdesk at CineMec.

Not included:

• All days lunches
• Excursion on Wednesday July 11

If at the start of the congress there are still places available on the participants-list for the excursions , accompanying person(s) that are interested can register at the congressdesk, a payment has to be made for catering and entrancefees.

If a reasonable amount of people is interested in the option to participate in a programme for accompanying persons we will compose a special programme for several days during the congress. In that case we will inform you about the activities and destinations. So please let us know by filling in the option at the IALE-registration form. For those who like to go by themselves all kind of tourist information will be available at the IALE Conference-desk and in the hotels.
